Progress: 35lbs lost (170 to 135 in 8 months)
Honestly it was (and still is) 100% CiCo. Im at the gym 4x a week and enter everything I eat in my FitBit app. The eating part is the hardest. I always had (and still struggle with) a tendency to eat when Im bored. Sparkling water, celery and gum helps a lot.
I count everything I eat/drink with my fitbit and keep a minimum of a 500cal deficit a day.
